Day at the ballpark

I went to the Red Sox vs. Royals game yesterday with my brother and my girlfriend. We saw Matsuzaka pitch, which was cool. Unfortunately it was 30 degrees outside, so we had to keep warm with blankets and beer. Halfway through the game we decided to make up nicknames for as many players as we could. I can’t take credit for coming up with this game, because my friends Sarah and Chris Teasley started doing it last year at a game we were at. Anyway, here are some of the nicknames we came up with:

Tony “How much they” Peña (’cause it’s too much)?
David Riske “Business”
Kevin “If you don’t like it” Youkilis (my ass)
John “Uncle” Buck
Ross “Lock ‘n” Gload
Ryan “If I don’t” Shealy (me)
Mark Teahen (crumpets)
David “WW” DeJesus (do?)
Reggie “Older than” Sanders
David “Please” Ortiz (me)
